Frequently Asked Questions

I'm booking a gift certificate for a friend - what do I need to know?

Firstly thank you for being here and resonating with my work. I never take that for granted.

A gift certificate is a beautiful way to give a family you love, the opportunity to spend time together and create amazing artwork for their home.

It's important you know they love my work as much as you do. Every photographer has their own style and this is what makes people love their portraits.

Depending on the value of the gift certificate, it may just cover their session but not digital files. Prices for a full session plus digital files and credit towards artwork start at $795.

How do I book?

Head to the register my gift certificate page, and input your details. I always call you to get to know your family and to get an idea of what kind of session may suit you. Then we'll start planning your session and artwork.

What happens next?

Once you've booked your session date, you'll receive a questionnaire, contract and a series of emails to help you prepare for your session.

I'll help you out with what to wear and what sort of artwork may suit your home.

I love to work with you to create a session that is filled with meaning for your family - from the location, the styling and the activities.

What do I need to bring to my session?

Depending on the time of year, I suggest giving the kids an early dinner or some snacks before your session, so everyone is happy.

Bring along your water bottles, a picnic rug if you like and then leave the rest to me.

The biggest thing you can do is just be present. Put away the phones and spend an hour playing, laughing and loving on your family.

How to use my gift certificate to order artwork?

Once you've had your session, we'll book a time for you to view your portraits. It's such an emotional way to see them.

I will have created some artwork designs for you to make the decision process that much easier. You'll select the images you love the most and then we'll place the order while you're here.

If there is any value from your gift certificate to be used towards artwork, it will be deducted from the final price.

How can I pay for my artwork?

A 50% depost it due at time of ordering. The remainder can be paid off in installments within three months, or paid for in full. Payment is taken by card or bank transfer on the day.

Products

Your portrait session is only a small part of the experience. Planning your artwork is the best part. Spend time imagining what kind of artwork would best suit your style and then design your dream pieces.

"They're magic!"

These are unbelievable!! I was so overcome. I can’t stop looking at them. It’s hard to explain but it’s like the images look how I feel. They’re magic! I’m struggling to find the words to explain how much it means to me to have these pictures of such a special time.
